Terms of Service

These are the rules for using Dandelion. We wrote them in plain words. Please read them. If something is not clear, email us.

1.Who we are

Dandelion is run by franc & ELI LLC ("we" or "us"). These terms are the deal between you and us. When you make an account or use Dandelion, you agree to them.

If you use Dandelion for a business, you agree to these terms for that business too.

2.Your account

  • You must be at least 18 years old, or old enough to sign a contract where you live.
  • Give us a real email address. We send your sign-in codes there.
  • Keep your email account safe. Anything done in your Dandelion account is your job.
  • If you invite people to your team, they can see and change things in your workspace. Only invite people you trust.

3.What Dandelion does

Dandelion helps you share your own posts to more social apps. To do that, it:

  • Reads posts from accounts you connect, from feeds you add, or from a public profile you confirm is your own. You can also upload files.
  • Copies your videos and photos into our storage, so they don't get lost. We never download YouTube videos. To share one, you upload the file.
  • Uses AI to write new words for each app and to make covers and captions.
  • Resizes, trims, and checks your media before it goes out.
  • Posts to your accounts through our posting partner, bundle.social.

You choose how posts go out. With Ask me first, nothing posts until you say OK. With Autopilot (paid plans), posts go out by themselves after a wait of at least 15 minutes, so you can stop them. Either way, you are in charge of what gets posted on your accounts.

We never add our name or logo to your posts.

4.Your content

Your posts are yours. We don't own them.

You let us store, copy, change (like resize, trim, or add captions), and post your content, only so we can run Dandelion for you. This permission ends when we delete your content or your account, except for copies already posted to other apps, which you control there.

We don't sell your content. Dandelion does not train any AI models, on your content or anyone else's.

5.Your promises

When you use Dandelion, you promise to:

  • Only use accounts and content that are yours, or that you have the right to use.
  • Only ask us to read public profiles that belong to you.
  • Follow the rules of each app you post to, like TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and X.
  • Not post anything illegal, hateful, harmful, or spammy, or anything that breaks someone else's rights (like music or videos you don't have the rights to).
  • Not try to break, overload, copy, or get around the limits of Dandelion.
  • Not resell Dandelion unless we agree in writing.

6.Other apps and partners

Dandelion works with other companies. We connect and post through bundle.social, take payments with Stripe, and use AI providers (Kie.ai and fal.ai) to write, check posts, and make media. Our Privacy Policy lists them all. When you connect a social account, that app's own rules also apply.

Social apps can change their rules, limit what tools can do, remove posts, or lock accounts. We can't control that, and we can't promise views, likes, or followers. If an app stops a post, we will tell you and help you fix it when we can.

7.AI

AI can make mistakes. It might get a fact wrong or pick a word you don't like. Please look over posts, especially when you start. You are in charge of what you post.

Dandelion does not train AI models. It learns by keeping numbers about your own posts, like views, your best times to post, and your best hooks. It uses your own best posts as examples when it writes your next ones. What it learns stays inside your brand and is never used for other customers.

To do the work you ask for, we send only what is needed (like your words, a transcript, or your video) to the AI companies we use: Kie.ai, which runs Google Gemini and Anthropic Claude models, and fal.ai for speech to text. Those companies have their own terms.

On paid plans you can use your own AI key. If you do, that AI company's terms apply to that use, and you pay them for it. We keep your key locked (encrypted) and never show it again after you save it.

8.Plans, billing, and canceling

  • The Free plan is free. You don't need a card.
  • Your first paid plan starts with a 7-day free trial. You add a card to start it. If you cancel before the trial ends, you are not charged.
  • Paid plans are charged ahead of time, each month or each year, through Stripe. They renew by themselves until you cancel.
  • Cancel any time from Settings, then Plan, then Manage billing. No calls or emails. Your paid plan stays on until the end of the time you already paid for.
  • We don't give refunds for part of a month or year, unless the law where you live says we must.
  • Each plan has limits, like reposts each month. Limits reset each month. X posts have their own limit, because X charges for each post.
  • If we change prices, we will tell you at least 30 days before your next bill. You can cancel before then.
  • See all plans on the pricing page.

9.API and MCP

If your plan has the API or MCP, keep your API keys secret. Anyone with your key can act for you. Delete a key in Settings if it leaks. We may limit or turn off keys that are used too fast or in a harmful way.

10.Ending your account

You can stop using Dandelion at any time. To delete your account and your data, email us at hello@dandelionapp.io. We will delete them within 30 days.

We may pause or close an account that breaks these terms, puts other people at risk, or doesn't pay. If we can, we will tell you first and give you time to fix it.

11.Changes

We keep making Dandelion better, so features may change. We may also update these terms. If a change is big, we will email you or tell you in the app before it starts. If you keep using Dandelion after that, you agree to the new terms.
